I don't have a headshot with a white or neutral background. Can you make the background white with the thread or does it have to be in the photo?
Sorry for the delay, wise owl. A contrasting background and crisp facial features translate the best. I can also work from a series of portraits to choose a best angle for the composition.

if you would like a "mugshot style," as in feature the face, I can do that, but these are meant to be portraits and tribute. Most of the subjects have been women world leaders & champions of social change & artists & regular people. These have been shown in galleries and museums and featured in publications including the Huffington Post. No portraits are meant to shame the subject or celebrate criminal activity.
